My mission is to bring Women to Life with Confidence! DEPOSITS • A 50% Non-Refundable/ Non-Transferable Deposit is required to book & goes toward your service. • Remaining balance will be due at the end of the service and is to be paid via CASH (EXACT CHANGE), Zelle, or Card. If a card is used a fee of 2.5% will be accessed. • By booking your appointment you agree to these terms. LATE FEE • Please note that once you have booked an appointment, the time scheduled is exclusively reserved for you! • Please arrive on time or early for your appointment! • If you are 10 minutes late a $20 fee will incur. • If you are 15 minutes late or more your appointment will be canceled to respect the time allocated for other clients & your deposit is non-refundable. • If you wish to book a new appointment it must be done with new deposit. FYI •Please come with hair Detangled & free of any styles. If not, a fee will be added! You can book my Detangling Service if you would like me to do the service. •Refunds for service will not be issued. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION/ NO-SHOW/ RESCHEDULING
• I charge a 70% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. 
• If your card declines you will NOT be able to schedule future appointments.
• If you need to cancel your appointment and reschedule, please reach out within 48-72 hours of you appointment.
• If you are rescheduling an appointment, only one rescheduling is allowed with the deposit on file.
• If you choose to cancel your appointment altogether, your deposit is non-refundable.
